Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow T4 – Facilities and Amenities
- I visited in the middle of the afternoon.
- The lounge was very busy, partly I suspect because the Blush Lounge was not accepting anyone other than airline bookings.
- I wasn’t able to check out the meditation rooms as both of them had the doors shut
- Likewise the showers were also in use

There are a variety of seating options available to visitors using the lounge including;
- Lots of small tables for 2 people
- Tub seats throughout the lounge
- Individual pods for 1 person in a business area of the lounge
- High bar stool seats
- Individual lounge chairs by the windows
- Larger tables around the outside of the lounge
WIFI
- I didn’t test the WIFI as it required a password
Power Sockets
There were power sockets in the lounge as follows;
- At floor level for the seating along the wall
- On the table for the bar level seating
- In each available pod in the business area
- By the dividers
Flight Information Board
- There is a flight information board in this lounge
Toilets
- Despite the lounge being very busy the toilets were very clean and tidy

Plaza Premium Lounge Terminal 4 – Food and Drink
Everything in the Plaza Premium Lounge was on a central buffet – you help yourself to all drinks and food.
Drinks
- There were hot drinks machines located in the central buffet area offering coffees and hot water for tea
- There was beer and wine to help yourself to
- There were also flavoured waters such as cucumber water on the buffet

Cold Food
There wasn’t a huge selection of cold food. As you can see from the photo there were some sandwiches (coronation chicken), cheese and crackers and jellies.
There were also some small salad items and cake bites.
Plaza Premium Hot Food
The food in this lounge was a bit limited compared to what I was expecting given the size of the lounge. This may have been because the lounge was so busy – the staff were constantly clearing tables and topping up the buffet.
On the day I visited the hot dishes were;
- Pasta
- Vegetable Curry
- Chicken Stew
Plaza Premium Terminal 4 – Pros and Cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Great for gates 10, 21 and 22 | Food selection a bit limited |

Heathrow Terminal 4 Lounge Access
How To Buy Access to the Plaza Premium Lounge Terminal 4
The Plaza Premium Lounge is a paid entry lounge. This means you can access it whatever airline you are flying with an whatever type of class you are flying.
You can either;
- Buy access directly on the Plaza Premium Site – £44.12 per adult for a 3 hour stay hour stay
- Buy access through a third party site such as LoungePair – £38 for a 3 hour stay and refundable if you can’t use your pass (entry not guaranteed)
- Buy access through via my discount code at Holidayextras – £40.85 for 3 hours guaranteed entry
- Access via an airport lounges membership scheme such as DragonPass or Priority Pass. The cost to enter depends on your membership level.
I used my Priority Pass Standard Plus membership which meant this visit cost £18.30 as it was one of the 10 visits included with my membership – that made entry great value for money – better value than eating a meal in the airport!

Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow Terminal 4 – Final Verdict
The Plaza Premium Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 4 is a comfortable and reliable option if you want a quieter space away from the main terminal, decent hot food and a chance to relax before your flight. It’s not a luxury showstopper, but it delivers well on the basics — particularly if you have lounge access included with Priority Pass or a lounge membership. If you’re travelling from T4 and want a stress-free pre-flight experience without paying premium airline lounge prices, this lounge is a solid choice.
- This lounge was very busy when I visited which made it feel very noisy and quite crowded.
