Luton Airport Lounges

Luton Airport is a busy airport and has a large number of Easyjet routes available. It’s also a hub for Wizz Air. Both these budget airlines offer lots of routes to travellers.

Even though your flight might be budget you can easily upgrade your experience by using an airport lounge. Both the airport lounges at Luton are available for paid entry no matter what airline you are flying with, or what class of ticket you have.

Both lounges accept Priority Pass with no surcharge, making Luton one of the more straightforward airports for Priority Pass users.

How to Buy Access to Luton Airport Lounges

There are various ways to buy lounge access including;

  • Buy access directly via the No1 Lounges or My Lounges websites
  • Buy through a third party site such as Holiday Extras for a good online deal for occasional lounge access
  • Access via an airport lounge membership scheme such as Priority Pass. The cost to enter depends on your membership level. No surcharge applies at either Luton Airport lounge.

Little Tip from Me: Luton Airport gets extremely busy and both lounges are in high demand. Pre-booking through Priority Pass is very strongly recommended — it only costs an additional £6 and guarantees your entry. Without a pre-booking you may be turned away at the door.

Location of the Luton Airport Lounges

The two Luton Airport lounges are not located together — each has a different position airside.

  • No1 Lounge — located on the ground floor airside. Head through security and follow signs for Gate 17; the lounge is located next to this gate.
  • My Lounge — located on the upper floor airside. The check-in desk is at ground level in the main concourse, next to Accessorize. Take the lift or stairs up to the lounge.

Is Priority Pass Worth It at Luton Airport?

For most travellers, the answer to that is yes.

Here’s why:

  • Walk-in price: £40–£42 depending on lounge
  • Priority Pass visit with Standard Plus Membership (and my discount): £20.60 — no surcharge at either Luton Airport lounge
  • Food + drinks + comfort: Included

If you use airport lounges just 2–3 times a year, Priority Pass will generally pay for itself.

If you are a regular flyer like me then this is one of the best value travel upgrades available. You can prebook both Luton Airport lounges through Priority Pass to guarantee your entry — well worth the additional £6 given how busy Luton gets.
