Best Luton Airport Lounge for Business Travellers 2026

Last updated on May 9th, 2026 at 10:00 am

Check out my guide to the best Luton Airport Lounge for business travellers so you can make the best use of your time at the airport.

As someone who is generally travelling for work I love using an airport lounge so I can keep on top of my important tasks, or catch up on overdue things enabling me to focus better during my trip.

There are two paid entry lounges at Luton – I’ve used both of them. I accessed them using my Priority Pass Standard Plus Membership which gives me 10 included lounge visits, so each visit costs £20.60 – better value than eating a meal in the airport!

✈️ Instant Verdict – Best Luton Lounge for Business Travellers

If you want the single best lounge for working then I am going to say probably the No 1 Lounge but it’s quite a hard decision between the two. I have to say that neither is really geared towards business travellers, but they both offer a better work environment than being stuck in the busy terminal.

Here’s what the No 1 Lounge offers:

  • Smaller lounge
  • Reliable WiFi
  • Power sockets around the edge of the lounge
  • Small workbench for 3 people (facing the wall!)

🥇 No 1 Lounge

It’s a pretty close run thing between both lounges at Luton Airport as to which is best.

Here’s what the No 1 Lounge offers business travellers:

  • Variety of seating and table options with higher tables
  • There is a small workbench – it seats 3 people, the only issue is it faces the wall but it does have a power socket at each station.
  • Strong WiFi
  • Power sockets along the edge of the lounge
  • Comfortable seating options if you want to relax a little
  • Hot food buffet with a slightly enhanced choice compared to the MyLounge

How to Access the No 1 Lounge at Luton Airport

  • Buy access directly with No1 Lounges – £44 per adult for a 3 hour stay
  • Buy access through via my discount code at Holidayextras – £37.84 for 3 hours guaranteed entry
  • Access via an airport lounges membership scheme such as Priority Pass. The cost to enter depends on your membership level. Standard Plus works out at £20.60 per visit (based on 10 included visits) and is a great option if you plan to use lounges more than 3 or 4 times a year.

My Lounge

The My Lounge is much bigger than the No 1 Lounge. It’s more casual and the family room and games room mean it is naturally going to attract more families and children.

Here’s what the My Lounge has to offer business travellers;

  • Large range of seating including high work tables with bar stools, a large table that seats 14 which is good for groups or solo travellers, smaller tables and chairs, dining tables and chairs
  • Hot food buffet – the main food option is chicken or mushroom gyros
  • Good WIFI
  • Power sockets around the outside of the lounge mainly – the large table, dining tables and high work tables do not have power sockets for example

This lounge has a much more casual and homely feel which makes it more suitable for leisure travellers.

How to Access the My Lounge at Luton Airport

  • Buy access directly with My Lounges – £40 per adult for a 3 hour stay
  • Buy access through via my discount code at Holidayextras – £36.12 for 3 hours guaranteed entry
  • Access via an airport lounges membership scheme such as Priority Pass. The cost to enter depends on your membership level. I used my Priority Pass Standard Plus Membership which meant the visit cost was £20.60.

✨ Why Business Travellers Should Use Luton Airport Lounges

Luton is a busy airport. I’ve visited numerous times and generally found it to be very crowded and noisy. It’s very difficult to find a quiet spot to do any work either in the terminal or in the cafes or restaurants as they are busy too.

Whilst both airport lounges are likely to be busy, due to demand, they are both much better options than the main terminal building.

Here’s what they offer business travellers at Luton;

  • Better seating options with more choices for working
  • Better WiFi with ample capacity for downloading
  • Food and drink to keep you going while you work
  • Power sockets (although these are not at every seating point in the lounges)

Even if you don’t have loads of work to do, having a quieter space to think, read, write or just relax a bit is much better than being stuck in the crowded terminal.

💼 Is Priority Pass Worth It for Business Travellers?

If you fly several times a year, the answer yes.

If you plan to use airport lounges less than 3 times a year then getting a good online deal is usually the way to go.

If you fly more than 3 times a year then an airport lounge membership such as Priority Pass Membership is a better value way to access airport lounges.

Priority Pass gives access to both airport lounges at Luton Airport. You can also prebook both airport lounges through Priority Pass too. I would highly recommend this as it guarantees your space.

Airport lounge access turns Luton from a noisy nightmare to a calmer and quieter experience.
