Where to Stay in Vilamoura?

I stayed for 3 wonderful nights in the Pestana Vila Sol review. It’s one of the places that I often think back to when I am craving a nice relaxing stay.

The accommodation was cute little bungalow-style rooms with a terrace.

I loved the green areas around the bungalows that featured ponds, trees and lovely plants.

My stay at the Pestana Vila Sol was in November. It was very quiet and I loved it being so quiet. I had the indoor pool to myself which I enjoyed.

There was also a nice restaurant and bar area which I enjoyed using.

It was a great base for exploring the area.

It’s a 5-star hotel so has great facilities and services.

Here’s a map location showing the Pestana Vila Sol.

Check out my detailed review of the Pestana Vila Sol.

Places to Stay Vilamoura

Vilamoura Garden Hotel

I stayed in the Vilamoura Garden Hotel for one night, before moving off to the Pestana Vila Sol Hotel above.

It was a lovely hotel, in a great location and it was great value too.

A 4-night stay for 2 people including breakfast and flights costs £250 for both (2018 price)

I stayed in a suite and I loved the extra space by having a large bedroom area, and then a separate sitting room area.

The bathroom was also large and spacious too.

The public areas of the hotel were lovely. A restaurant and bar area looked over the terrace, which looked over the pool area.

It’s a 4-star hotel.

Here is the location of the Vilamoura Garden Hotel.
