Locating the Vienna Airport Lounge

I found the information about the lounge a little confusing as I didn’t know what gate area I was headed to when I passed through security

I checked with security staff who advised I could access the lounge OK

The lounge is clearly signed. I walked up the staircase, thinking it was only 1 flight of stairs but it was 2 or 3. It’s a spiral staircase.

There is a lift.

Entering the Vienna Airport Lounge

On entering the there is a large reception desk. When I visited they had 3 reception staff checking guests into the lounge.

There was a problem registering my Priority Pass so they let me into the lounge and asked me to check back in with them on the way out.

I did this and the problem was sorted.
