Last updated on February 24th, 2026 at 07:36 pm

If you’re flying from London you might be thinking of using the No 1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2.

I’ve used this lounge myself and in this review I’ll show you exactly what to expect, how to access it, what the food and facilities are like, and whether it’s good value for money.

I visited using my Priority Pass membership. My Standard Plus plan includes 10 visits per year, so my visit worked out at about £20.60 each based on the annual fee (great value compared with paying direct).

Inside the No 1 Lounge – My Experience

I visited in the morning and the lounge was quite busy. When I initially entered there was only space on a sofa but when someone left I was able to get a table seat.

The lounge was around 80% full.

The No 1 Lounge is set below ground level.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Sofa seating
  • Small higher tables and chairs near the buffet
  • Armchair style seating and sofas
  • Some recessed areas with seating

The lounge is long and fairly narrow.

Some of the seating was reserved for guests that had booked direct including the booth seating by the buffet.
