This hotel is nice with a good restaurant, swimming pool and gym. The rooms are well equipped and the microwave and fridge are handy if you want to eat in your room. There are also family rooms available.

There is not much within walking distance of the hotel. There is a takeaway and a restaurant nearby. To reach the restaurant you need to cross a busy main road.

It’s 4.5 miles from Gatwick Airport to the Sandman Signature Hotel. Depending on traffic it can be 10-20 minutes from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel offers discounted rates on hotel transfers using their preferred supplier. Just contact the hotel fors preferential rates for airport transfers.

Restaurant

The Shark Club Bistro has a varied menu on offer for guests. They have pizza, pasta dishes, burgers and salads.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and variety. The service was friendly too.

Things to Do

There is a Tesco Extra nearby. We took a taxi to the Crawley Leisure Park where there is a Cineworld Cinema.

There is also a Bella Italia, TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Wagamama and Nandos. It was less than 10 minutes in a taxi to get there.

Sandman Signature Gatwick airport shuttle?

The hotel does offer some deals which include parking and and a taxi transfer to the airport. They do not offer a shuttle service themselves. It is about 15 minutes in a taxi depending on traffic. They offer a special transfer rate with Metro Cars.
